Qualified and skilled Registered nurses provide community nursing support to participants who require higher levels of care assistance. We offer advanced, one-on-one medical support.
We assist with our participant’s complex medical needs, like:
● Medication management
● Continence management
● Vital signs monitoring
● Diabetes management
● Palliative care
● Complex bowel care
● Seizure management
● PEG Feeding
● Catheter care
● Enteral gastric feeding
● Complex wound care
● Wound drain management/removal (open/closed/suction)
● Medication management including IV/ IM/ subcut
● Complex wound care
● Post-hospital care
